Time for change

Last week I was baking & justifying things to myself about how being curvier is better than skinny, due to being able to enjoy not only chocolate but also breasts & boys dont even mind the two combined.
This week, I need to get a bit thinner. Not too much - or perhaps me stating this is already setting myself up for failure, but I like having some curves.

So I am on a self imposed "diet" this nutrition schedule is definitely a short lived one, as I don't believe it could be too healthy long term or sustainable, but I am keeping up with as many natural vitamins & minerals as possible, which is why I am using the word "diet".

Still on day one, and realising how incredibly obsessed I am with food! OMG! Hard to even enjoy a cup of tea without considering a cookie. I really need to get a grip.

not sure if I have mentioned this before but If I could turn back time, the only things I would change would be doing things I thought at the time would be inappropriate. - Yep, I'd kiss that guy.

That's all I can think of for now.
